Shipping and Delivery

In stock items are shipped within 24 hours after the order is placed and confirmed. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time when your order is placed. You must provide us with a physical address as our shipping carrier will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Team Sports of Texas offers UPS Ground, 2nd day Air, and Next Day Air shipping on all domestic orders. Please refer to the chart below to determine the shipping charges for your order.

NOTE: The shipping charges shown above do not apply to orders that weigh in excess of 20 pounds, nor does it apply to orders being shipped outside the continental United States. On heavy or bulky orders that exceed 20 pounds and orders being shipped outside the continental United States, a shipping charge quote will be e-mailed to you within one business day after your order is placed. Your order will not be shipped until you authorize the shipping charges.

RETURNS

We want to make your Team Sports of Texas shopping experience enjoyable. If you need to return a product, you may do so within 30 days. All returns require a prior authorization number (RA). Please call 1-800-242-0151, fax 1-361-575-8219, or e-mail us prior to returning/exchanging an item. We will issue you a return authorization number to ensure that the return/exchange is accepted.

We will issue credit for the product returned to the credit card that was used for the purchase. A credit will be issued for shipping charges if we were in error or if the product is defective. Please allow 10 business days for a credit to be processed.
